I have my resistance bands. I begin P90 tomorrow evening. I can’t wait. I also got grip trainers yesterday. They will be a great help. Also, on top of these, at least half of Ninjahood Parkour (my parkour / free running group) will be training for a few hours on Tuesday. I have a feeling that, come this time next week, I will be tired and sore. Sunday is my next rest day. Fun, fun. I will keep you guys updated throughout the week.
