Arm Pull Downs on exercise machine – 90 reps with 75 pounds

Leg Lifts – 160 reps with 75 pounds

Wrist Curls on each arm – 10 reps with 15 pounds

Reverse Wrist Curls on each arm – 10 reps with 15 pounds

Two handed wall push ups – 10

One handed wall push ups – 10 with each hand

Two handed fingertip wall push ups – 10

Two handed fist wall push ups – 10

Bench press – 30 reps with 50 pounds

So, ya. I am gonna start posting here how much weight my training adds up to just for the heck of it. Lol.

20850 lbs today. Yay.
