Practiced some kongs, vaults, cats, etc at work

Day 25 – February 15th 2011

Arm Pull Downs on exercise machine – 70 reps with 75 pounds

Leg Lifts – 110 reps with 75 pounds

Bench press – 10 reps with 50 pounds

Well, we are finally headed back to Munson tomorrow (today). I am so psyched. Let’s see if this training is working.
