Wrist Curls on each arm – 30 reps with 15 pounds

Reverse Wrist Curls on each arm – 30 reps with 15 pounds

Two handed wall push ups – 30

One handed wall push ups – 30 with each hand

Two handed fingertip wall push ups – 30

Two handed fist wall push ups – 30

Two handed wall clap push ups – 30

Bench press – 40 reps with 30 pounds

Two Handed Curls with short bar – 30 reps with 15 pounds

Two Handed Curls with long bar – 30 reps with 30 pounds
