I watched this movie last night. It was beyond epic. I loved the movie so much. I am buying it day one. Like I said, these will be Christian reviews. So…
Rated PG-13 for language and violence
Sex and Nudity – None
Language – Some mild language
Violence – A good amount, but violence is in everything.

*spoiler alert*

It is about a teen who is from another planet. There were only 9 kids and their protectors that escaped the planet’s destruction. They all have special powers. They must be killed in numerical order. Numbers one, two and three are dead. Number four is the main character. He needs to find the others and defeat the people who destroyed his race.

A bit cliche, but still epic.

Practiced some kongs, vaults, cats, etc at work

Arm Pull Downs on exercise machine – 70 reps with 75 pounds

Leg Lifts – 110 reps with 75 pounds

Bench press – 10 reps with 50 pounds

Well, we are finally headed back to Munson tomorrow (today). I am so psyched. Let’s see if this training is working.

Arm Pull Downs on exercise machine – 70 reps with 75 pounds

Leg Lifts – 130 reps with 75 pounds

Fist Pumps on each arm – 10 reps with 15 pounds

Wrist Curls on each arm – 10 reps with 15 pounds

Reverse Wrist Curls on each arm – 10 reps with 15 pounds

Push Ups – 10

Sit Ups – 10

Two handed wall push ups – 10

One handed wall push ups – 10 with each hand

Two handed fingertip wall push ups – 10

Two handed fist wall push ups – 10

Two handed wall clap push ups – 10

Bench press – 10 reps with 50 pounds

Two Handed Curls with short bar – 10 reps with 15 pounds

Two Handed Curls with long bar – 10 reps with 50 pounds

I didn’t do a lot today, but I upped the weight on some things.

Blog Question


Okay, so I want to post other things on here like Christian movie reviews and current events and stuff. I will label each post as such, so there is no confusion. So, the question is should I post them on this blog (now called My Ninja Training and Stuff) or post them on separate blogs. If I don’t get some responses, I will just start posting them here.
