Day 8 – January 29th 2011

I was unable to train because I went to a friends house after finishing my training on Day 7. I went home just in time to get ready for work. So, my only “training” was work. I did walk on my tip toes for about half of my six hour shift. That trains calf muscles, ankles, and balance. That is about it. Lol.

Day 9 – January 30th 2011

I was unable to train. I woke up at 9am, went to church, went to work, and came home after 10pm. So, ya.

Day 10 – January 31st 2011

I was able to train. Lol. I tried to make up for it tonight.

Wrist Curls on each arm – 60 reps with 5 pounds and 10 reps with 15 pounds

Reverse Wrist Curls on each arm – 60 reps with 5 pounds and 10 reps with 15 pounds

Gazelle (Level 1 is Fat Burning, Level 2 is Muscular Endurance, Level 3 is Muscle Toning, Level 4 is Muscle Building)

Level 1 – 15 minutes wearing 15 pound backpack

Level 2 – 15 minutes

Level 3 – 15 minutes

Level 4 – 15 minutes

Push Ups – 20 wearing 15 pound backpack

Sit Ups – 20

Leg Lifts – 200 reps with 50 pounds

Two handed wall push ups – 20 wearing 15 pound backpack

One handed wall push ups – 10 with each hand wearing 15 pound backpack

Two handed fingertip wall push ups – 10 wearing 15 pound backpack

Two handed fist wall push ups – 10 wearing 15 pound backpack

Two handed wall clap push ups – 20 wearing 15 pound backpack

Bench press – 20 reps with 50 pounds

Arm Pull Downs on exercise machine – 120 reps with 50 pounds and 2 reps on each arm one handed with 50 pounds

Fist Pumps on each arm – 50 reps with 5 pound weight used for Arm Curls and 10 with 15 pounds

Two Handed Curls – 10 reps with 15 pounds
