Wrist Curls on each arm – 50 reps with 5 pounds

Reverse Wrist Curls on each arm – 50 reps with 5 pounds

Gazelle Level 1 – 20 minutes

Gazelle Level 2 – 10 minutes wearing 15 pound backpack

Push Ups – 10

Sit Ups – 10

Handstand Push Ups from chair – 10

Leg Lifts – 130 reps with 37.5 pounds

Arm Lifts on each arm – 30 reps with 30 pounds

Balance – 4 minutes on each leg

Grip – 1 minute with each hand and 1 minute with both

Arm Pull Downs on exercise machine – 10 reps with 62.5 pounds

Two handed wall push ups – 10

One handed wall push ups – 10 with each hand

Two handed fingertip wall push ups – 10

Two handed fist wall push ups – 10

Two handed push ups pushing off the wall each time – 10

Bench press – 30 reps with 37.5 pounds and 50 reps with old wooden coffee table (weight unknown)

Arm Pull Downs on exercise machine – 70 reps with 37.5 pounds and 10 reps on each arm on handed with 37.5 pounds

Fist Pumps on each arm – 20 reps with 5 pound weight used for Arm Curls
