Walk – 2 ½ miles with a 15 pound backpack on

Leg Lifts – 3 reps with 112.5 pounds

Arm Pull Downs on exercise machine – 2 reps with 112.5 pounds

Not a lot today. That walk took a lot out of me. Lol. As did carrying the exercise machine downstairs. I plan on having a full workout tomorrow.
